CEER EXOBOT: the story of Saudi Arabia’s first EV brand
From a national brand to a two-car reveal: the EXOBOT sedan and SUV opened a new chapter for CEER on 21 September 2026. We bring together the story, imagery and figures, separating manufacturer announcements from what still needs a road test.
A Saudi beginning. An industrial story.
“First” refers to the first Saudi electric vehicle brand, as CEER describes itself; it does not mean every component is local or that no vehicle was previously assembled in the Kingdom. The brand appeared in 2022, received its industrial licence in 2023 and began factory construction in 2024. Its announced manufacturing location is King Abdullah Economic City.
The design carries small stories: Shahin Wing Doors take inspiration from the falcon, while CEER links the 32 lighting elements to 1932. Inside is a curved 48-inch Digital Horizon display and an Arabic/English voice assistant. These are announced features; their usability in heat and traffic still calls for independent testing.

These are CEER’s First Edition figures. The 1,111 hp figure in its announcement concerns the programme’s highest specification; it is not the 850 hp edition compared here.

NEDC is a laboratory cycle, not a promise of real Gulf-summer range. CEER labels acceleration figures IVM. Charging time depends on the charger, battery temperature and condition. We have not independently tested these figures.

What about price and availability?
At our 28 September 2026 check, the model pages say “Available soon”; we found no published selling price there or confirmed delivery date for each country. This report appears across EV Gulf markets as editorial coverage, not confirmation of local availability. Check final pricing, warranty, service and delivery directly before reserving.
