BYD announced on 4 September 2026 its biggest-ever sales promotion in the UK market, capitalising on accelerating adoption of electrified vehicles across Britain. The campaign covers an extensive range of DM-i plug-in hybrids and battery electric vehicles with discounts reaching £2,500.
The offering includes the Dolphin G DM-i, engineered specifically for European markets, with financing starting at £250 monthly plus a £1,999 deposit and 1.9% APR. The base Active trim is priced from £23,990. The Atto 2 DM-i crossover SUV is available from £274 monthly, while the Seal U DM-i, ranked among the UK's top-selling plug-in SUVs, begins at £349 monthly with a £1,999 deposit and zero percent interest.
Promotional pricing applies only between 10 and 21 September 2026. The initiative coincides with BYD expanding its portfolio to include the Shark pickup and Ti 7 seven-seat SUV. The company is simultaneously advancing its luxury sub-brand Denza across British and European markets. BYD's UK operations have gained considerable ground since launching in March 2023, recording over 48,000 vehicle registrations through August 2026.
